Booking
A booking is considered confirmed once a deposit is paid. The full payment must be made at least a week before departure, or as specified in your booking confirmation.

Cancellation
Any cancellation requests must be made in writing and must be 3 days before departure. Cancellation fees may apply, depending on the timing of the cancellation and the type of tour booked.

Tour Conduct
You agree to comply with the rules and regulations of the tour. Any inappropriate or disruptive behavior may result in immediate removal from the tour, with no refund given.

Liability
Holidays in Pakistan will not be held liable for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property during the course of the tour, except where it is caused by negligence on our part.

2. Limitations

While we strive to provide the best travel experience, certain limitations apply to our services. These include:

Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political unrest, or other force majeure events.

Health and Safety
Clients must ensure they are in good health and capable of participating in the physical activities included in the tour. Holidays in Pakistan reserves the right to refuse service to anyone deemed unfit for travel based on health or safety concerns.

Third-Party Services
Our tours may involve services provided by third-party providers such as hotels, airlines, or local guides. While we work with trusted partners, Holidays in Pakistan is not responsible for the actions or failures of these third parties.

3. Revisions and Errata

We reserve the right to make revisions to our itineraries, tour dates, and other travel-related details. These changes will be communicated to customers in advance. In case of major revisions, customers will be given the option to cancel or modify their bookings.

We make every effort to provide accurate information, but occasionally, errors or omissions may occur. If any significant changes are made to the advertised services or itinerary, we will inform customers at the earliest opportunity.
