Refund and Returns Policy
1. Tour Cancellation by the Client
a. Cancellations must be made in writing (email or WhatsApp) and will be effective from the date received.
b. Refund Eligibility:
- 30+ days before departure: 90% refund (after deducting processing & bank charges)
- 15–29 days before departure: 50% refund
- 5 days before departure: 50% refund
- Less than 3 days before departure: No refund
Note: Any non-refundable bookings (e.g., flights, hotel reservations) will be deducted from the refund.
2. Tour Cancellation by Holidays in Pakistan
If we cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. weather, political instability, minimum group size not met), clients will be offered:
- A full refund, or
- Option to reschedule or transfer to another tour of equal value
3. Refunds for Services Not Utilized
We regret that no partial refunds will be given for unused services (meals, transport, accommodations) once the tour has commenced, regardless of the reason.
4. Changes to Bookings
Minor changes (dates, itinerary modifications) may be accommodated depending on availability and at the discretion of the company. An administrative fee may apply.
5. Refund Process
Refunds are processed within 10–14 business days after approval, and will be made via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
6. Force Majeure
We are not liable for refunds due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or pandemics. In such cases, we will strive to offer rescheduling options or credit towards future tours.
